A workday to enhance habitat At Tarpon Cove. Join us for our second year in helping PBC ERM remove vegetation from one of their constructed islands ahead of shorebird nesting season. Tarpon Cove has hosted American oystercatchers, least terns, and black skimmers, all of which prefer nesting in open sand. So get the garden gloves dusted off, the birds need us for a morning out on the islands removing vegetation, then finish the work day relaxing at Steam Horse Brewing.
